User layout customizations

First of all, every member that has been registered with us received 250 tokens. Second of all, I opened up the Token Shop, which will allow you guys to start buying layout customizations. You will be able to buy more stuff in the future, but for now, LAYOUT CUSTOMIZATIONS.
